CASE LIST

The only persons entitled to be heard in a winding up petition are- (a) company; (b) the creditors and (c) contributories. The Court may, in its discretion hear other persons who have an interest in order to learn what public grounds there are in favour of, or in opposition to, the winding up but such persons can be heard only as amici curiae, and cannot appeal.
